AFSCME Local 190 members and the City of Cincinnati’s Department of Public Services teamed up to hold a fundraiser for the Community Shares Workplace Campaign. The event included a unique display of antique tractors and railroad equipment, giving spectators plenty to admire. The event also showcased a collection of 30 cars from collectors across the region.
After a two-year hiatus, the fundraiser — typically connected to the city’s United Way Drive — made a welcome comeback. AFSCME Local 190 members and President Louis Webb were proud to revive the event.
Webb stated, “My favorite part is always looking at unique antique cars and machinery that come through here. I am displaying some antique railway equipment. Of course, the cars are pretty exciting! It’s a really fun time.”
AFSCME Local 190 was successfully able to raise funds to donate to the Community Shares Workplace Campaign.
